Want to know a secret to better sex?

The real dirty secret to better sex -- strengthening your pelvic floor.  

????  We thought you'd never ask!  The pelvic floor is a group of muscles in your pelvis that support your bladder and uterus.  The bottom layer of muscle wraps around your vagina, anus and urethra. (Men, you have a pelvic floor too, so keep reading.)

Learning to consciously control and relax these muscles leads to more intense orgasm.  

Here are three sexercises to get you started:

1. Pelvic curl/tilt -- The motion alone will get you in the mood.  Squeeze your tushie as you squeeze internally.  Pause at the top for an extra booty burn and lift.  PULSE IT OUT!  Go up on your tippy toes for an extra burn.

2. Old fashion plank -- Love ‘em or hate ‘em there’s nothing like a plank to build core strength and endurance so you're ready for that all-night sexcapade.  Add in some hip dips or go down to your forearms to shake it up.

3. Stretch it out -- Want to maneuver yourself into some crazy positions?  Work on that flexibility starting with a butterfly stretch and then move into a wide leg straddle stretch. Focus on your posture and that internal squeeze to get all the benefits.
